The Automatic PCB Stacker Automatic PCB Unloader is a precision PCB Stack/Unstack Equipment designed to simplify board handling in SMT assembly lines. As an Automatic PCB Stacker, it stacks boards into magazines; as an Automatic PCB Unloader, it unloads boards for downstream processes. This SMT Stacker Unloader is SMEMA-compatible, making it easy to integrate with loaders, conveyors, and other SMT line equipment.
With a cycle time of approximately 10 seconds and a maximum PCB capacity of 400 boards (0.6 mm thickness), this PCB Magazine Unloader / Stacker handles high throughput without compromising stability. The Automatic PCB Unloader functionality ensures reliable output flow, while the stacker part protects boards from damage during stacking.
