Panasonic AM100 pick and place machine
The Panasonic AM100 Pick and Place Machine is a modular, high-precision SMT placement solution built for flexibility and scalability. As a Panasonic AM100 system and Modular Placement Machine, it enables SMT Placement with a single head (single beam) that supports a wide component range—from 0402 up to 120 × 90 × 28 mm—covering connectors, odd-shaped parts, and advanced devices.
With a top placement speed of 35,800 CPH for chips and 12,200 CPH for QFP ≤ 12 mm, the High Precision Mounter maintains performance under high-mix demands. Accuracy is guaranteed at ±40 µm for chips, ±50 µm for QFP ≤12 mm, and ±30 µm for QFP between 12–32 mm.
