The PCB Depaneling Router CMQ360 is a high-precision router solution tailored for splitting PCBs with minimal mechanical stress. As a PCB depaneling router, the CMQ360 features dual worktables, enabling one board to be loaded or unloaded while the other is being cut, effectively reducing downtime and improving throughput.
It is equipped with dual 16-million-pixel cameras for coarse programming and a high-speed CCD auto-correction vision system for fine alignment, raising both programming speed and edge accuracy. Its high-speed spindle runs up to 60,000 rpm, suitable for cutting a variety of board shapes with low stress and high precision.
