The UV Curing Oven MOV-450 For PCBA is a high-performance UV Oven for PCBA designed to deliver reliable UV curing in modern SMT production lines. As an Adjustable UV Curing Oven, the MOV-450 features a stainless steel chain conveyor with effective width from 50-450 mm and infinitely variable speed regulation via touch screen—ideal when using this Chain Conveyor UV Oven in mixed-board environments.
This PCBA UV Curing machine comes with LED and full-band UV light sources (dual sets), with an independent temperature controller, over-temperature protection, and adjustable lamp intensity. The front cover is pneumatically lifted and opened via a hand-operated lamp lifting method. The oven includes board entrance and exit detection, allowing monitoring of board count and conditions inside, which enhances process control.
