ZMD820 Standard Inline AOI Inspection solution
The ZMD820 Standard Inline AOI Inspection solution is a high-performance AOI Inspection Solution tailored for SMT production lines. As an Online AOI system, the ZMD820 integrates Automatic Optical Inspection capabilities to detect defects during stamping, placement, and solder processes, making it a full-line inspection tool.
Equipped with a 5 million pixel industrial camera and optional telecentric lenses (20 µm standard, 15 µm optional), the ZMD820 can detect fine components down to 01005 and support 0.3 mm pitch inspection. Its multi-purpose vector analysis algorithm combines OCR/OCV, brightness matching, color extraction (RGB & HSV), bilateral brightness boundaries, component tracking and shape logic, enabling accurate detection of solder paste, misalignment, tombstoning, skew, short, and other common defects.
